Founding Deal placement while the board is filling
1 of 10 positions are filled today. Dealbid is still approving its first deals, and lists every one of them free while the board has room.
Dealbid is new, and this board fills the only way it can: with deals founders submit and Dealbid reviews and approves by hand, one at a time. While the board holds ten or fewer deals, every approved deal is listed free, in the order it was approved — no auction runs. The first ten approved deals are Founding Deals, they keep that badge permanently, and they are named permanently on the Founding Deals wall at the foot of this page.
The mechanism is the whole of it: you post a genuine deal, buyers read the board, and whoever wants your deal opens it on your own site. Dealbid does not promise that anyone will.
The rows below this card are a drawing of the board’s remaining positions, not deals.

A daily software-deal marketplace
A dated, ranked deal board that resets at 00:00 UTC. Founders bid in a daily auction for tomorrow’s Top 10 placement; buyers come to see today’s deals. Placement is bought — credibility isn’t, which is why the board says so right where the ranking is. No account and no checkout here: you open a deal on the seller’s own site.
Founders are bidding for tomorrow’s positions right now. Nothing in this section changes today’s board — a winning bid buys the whole of tomorrow’s display day. Bidders are listed by their standing, not by name: a deal is named on this site once it has won a position or bought an Honorable Mention.
Ranked by qualified buyer clicks during this period.

Dealbid sells one thing: a day of placement on the board. It does not sell review outcomes, and it does not promise sales, leads or a number of impressions.
Dealbid reviews the product, the seller's connection to it, the destination link and the advertised value before anything is listed. A nominal or misleading discount is not eligible, however much is bid for it.
Each daily auction is independent and opens at $1. The highest qualifying bids take tomorrow's ten positions; an equal bid placed earlier ranks higher.
A won position is locked for the whole of the next display day and cannot be outbid during it. Where fewer than ten positions are won, previous deals fill the rest at no extra charge rather than leaving the board short.
Those lists follow qualified buyer clicks over the calendar week and month. Bid amount plays no part in them, which is why the daily board and the earned lists can disagree.
Dealbid’s early supporters — the first deals approved here, credited permanently. This is recognition, not a ranking: nothing on this wall was bought, and a place on it is not a position on the board.

The Founding cohort is Dealbid’s first 10 approved deals, in the order they were approved. Membership is permanent; a member under review or disabled leaves this wall while that is true.
